GENERAL VEHICLE RENTAL CONDITIONS

BELANGRIJK: Het voertuig mag uitsluitend worden gebruikt binnen de provincies Alicante en Valencia en mag Spanje niet verlaten zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van de verhuurder.
1. TOEGESTAAN GEBRUIKSGEBIED
Het voertuig mag uitsluitend worden gebruikt binnen de provincies Alicante en Valencia. Het verlaten van deze provincies zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van de verhuurder kan aanleiding geven tot een contractuele vergoeding van €1.000, onverminderd eventuele bijkomende aantoonbare kosten of schade.
2. BRANDSTOF
Het voertuig wordt afgeleverd met een volle brandstoftank en dient eveneens met een volle tank te worden teruggebracht. Indien dit niet het geval is, worden de ontbrekende brandstof en een servicekost van €50 aangerekend.
Alle schade en kosten als gevolg van het tanken van een verkeerde brandstof zijn ten laste van de huurder.
3. DOCUMENTEN EN VERZEKERING
Het voertuig beschikt over de vereiste boorddocumenten en verzekering. De in het voertuig aanwezige documenten of kopieën dienen gedurende de volledige huurperiode in het voertuig te blijven.
4. ROKEN EN DIEREN
Roken en het vervoeren van huisdieren in het voertuig zijn niet toegestaan. Eventuele bijkomende reinigings- of herstelkosten als gevolg van een overtreding worden aan de huurder aangerekend.
5. BESTUURDER
De bestuurder dient minimaal 26 jaar oud te zijn en minimaal 2 jaar in het bezit te zijn van een geldig rijbewijs dat in Spanje wordt erkend. Alleen vooraf door de verhuurder toegestane bestuurders mogen het voertuig besturen.
6. WETTELIJK EN ZORGVULDIG GEBRUIK
Het is verboden het voertuig te gebruiken voor illegale activiteiten, wedstrijden, snelheidstesten, rijopleidingen, onderverhuur of andere doeleinden waarvoor het voertuig niet bestemd is.
7. STAAT EN NETHEID VAN HET VOERTUIG
Het voertuig dient in dezelfde algemene staat te worden teruggebracht als waarin het werd afgeleverd, rekening houdend met normale gebruikssporen.
Indien buitengewone reiniging noodzakelijk is, kan een schoonmaakkost van €60 worden aangerekend. Ernstige vervuiling die gespecialiseerde reiniging vereist, kan afzonderlijk worden aangerekend op basis van de werkelijke kosten.
8. BOETES EN VERKEERSOVERTREDINGEN
Alle verkeersboetes, parkeerboetes, tolgelden en andere sancties die tijdens de huurperiode ontstaan, zijn ten laste van de huurder.
Eventuele aantoonbare administratiekosten die hierdoor voor de verhuurder ontstaan, kunnen eveneens worden doorgerekend.
Indien het voertuig als gevolg van een overtreding of handeling van de huurder in beslag wordt genomen of tijdelijk niet beschikbaar is, kan de daaruit voortvloeiende schade en het verlies aan huurinkomsten, voor zover wettelijk toegestaan, aan de huurder worden aangerekend.
9. ONGEVALLEN EN SCHADE
De huurder dient ieder ongeval, iedere schade of technisch probleem onmiddellijk aan de verhuurder te melden.
Bij een ongeval dienen de gegevens van alle betrokken partijen te worden verzameld en dient, indien van toepassing, een Europees aanrijdingsformulier te worden ingevuld.
De huurder mag zonder voorafgaande toestemming van de verhuurder geen aansprakelijkheid namens de verhuurder erkennen.
10. DIEFSTAL
Diefstal of poging tot diefstal dient onmiddellijk bij de politie en de verhuurder te worden gemeld.
Indien schade ontstaat door opzet, grove nalatigheid of het niet naleven van deze huurvoorwaarden, kan de huurder hiervoor aansprakelijk worden gesteld overeenkomstig de toepasselijke wetgeving en verzekeringsvoorwaarden.
11. VERLATEN VAN SPANJE
Het voertuig mag Spanje niet verlaten zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van de verhuurder.
12. SLEUTELS EN ACCESSOIRES
De huurder is verantwoordelijk voor de autosleutels en alle meegeleverde accessoires.
Kosten voor verlies of beschadiging kunnen aan de huurder worden doorgerekend.
13. PERSOONLIJKE BEZITTINGEN
De verhuurder is niet verantwoordelijk voor persoonlijke eigendommen die tijdens of na de huurperiode in het voertuig worden achtergelaten.
14. AANVAARDING
Door ondertekening van de huurovereenkomst verklaart de huurder deze algemene huurvoorwaarden te hebben gelezen, begrepen en aanvaard.

IMPORTANTE: El vehículo solo puede utilizarse dentro de las provincias de Alicante y Valencia y no puede salir de España sin autorización previa y por escrito del arrendador.
1. ZONA AUTORIZADA
El vehículo solo puede utilizarse dentro de las provincias de Alicante y Valencia.
Salir de estas provincias sin autorización previa y por escrito podrá dar lugar a una penalización contractual de 1.000 €, sin perjuicio de otros costes o daños adicionales debidamente acreditados.
2. COMBUSTIBLE
El vehículo se entrega con el depósito lleno y deberá devolverse igualmente con el depósito lleno.
En caso contrario, se cobrará el combustible faltante más un cargo de servicio de 50 €.
Todos los daños y costes ocasionados por repostar un combustible incorrecto serán responsabilidad del arrendatario.
3. DOCUMENTACIÓN Y SEGURO
El vehículo dispone de la documentación y del seguro correspondientes.
La documentación o las copias presentes en el vehículo deberán permanecer en él durante todo el período de alquiler.
4. PROHIBIDO FUMAR Y TRANSPORTAR ANIMALES
No está permitido fumar ni transportar animales en el vehículo.
Los gastos extraordinarios de limpieza o reparación derivados del incumplimiento podrán ser cobrados al arrendatario.
5. CONDUCTOR
El conductor deberá tener un mínimo de 26 años y disponer de un permiso de conducir válido y reconocido en España desde hace al menos 2 años.
Únicamente podrán conducir el vehículo las personas previamente autorizadas por el arrendador.
6. USO DEL VEHÍCULO
Queda expresamente prohibido utilizar el vehículo para actividades ilegales, competiciones, pruebas de velocidad, clases de conducción, subarrendamiento o cualquier uso distinto de su finalidad normal.
7. ESTADO Y LIMPIEZA
El vehículo deberá devolverse en las mismas condiciones generales en las que fue entregado, salvo el desgaste normal.
Si fuera necesaria una limpieza extraordinaria, podrá cobrarse una tarifa de 60 €.
Las limpiezas especializadas necesarias por suciedad grave podrán facturarse según su coste real.
8. MULTAS Y SANCIONES
Todas las multas de tráfico, estacionamiento, peajes y demás sanciones generadas durante el período de alquiler serán responsabilidad del arrendatario.
Los costes administrativos debidamente acreditados ocasionados al arrendador también podrán ser repercutidos.
Si el vehículo fuera inmovilizado o confiscado debido a una infracción o actuación del arrendatario, los costes y daños derivados, incluida la pérdida de disponibilidad del vehículo, podrán ser reclamados en la medida permitida por la legislación aplicable.
9. ACCIDENTES Y DAÑOS
Cualquier accidente, daño o problema técnico deberá comunicarse inmediatamente al arrendador.
En caso de accidente deberán recopilarse los datos de todas las partes implicadas y, cuando corresponda, cumplimentarse el parte europeo de accidente.
10. ROBO
Cualquier robo o intento de robo deberá comunicarse inmediatamente a la policía y al arrendador.
El arrendatario podrá ser responsable de los daños derivados de dolo, negligencia grave o incumplimiento de estas condiciones, conforme a la legislación y las condiciones del seguro aplicables.
11. SALIDA DE ESPAÑA
El vehículo no podrá salir de España sin autorización previa y por escrito del arrendador.
12. LLAVES Y ACCESORIOS
El arrendatario será responsable de las llaves y accesorios entregados con el vehículo.
Los costes derivados de su pérdida o daño podrán ser facturados.
13. OBJETOS PERSONALES
El arrendador no será responsable de los objetos personales dejados en el vehículo durante o después del período de alquiler.
14. ACEPTACIÓN
Mediante la firma del contrato de alquiler, el arrendatario declara haber leído, comprendido y aceptado estas condiciones generales de alquiler.

1. PERMITTED AREA
The vehicle may only be used within the provinces of Alicante and Valencia.
Leaving these provinces without prior written permission may result in a contractual charge of €1,000, without prejudice to any additional documented costs or damages.
2. FUEL
The vehicle is supplied with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full tank.
Otherwise, the missing fuel plus a €50 service charge will be charged.
All damage and costs resulting from using the wrong type of fuel are the renter's responsibility.
3. DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE
The vehicle is supplied with the required documents and insurance.
Documents or copies kept in the vehicle must remain in the vehicle throughout the rental period.
4. NO SMOKING OR PETS
Smoking and transporting pets in the vehicle are prohibited.
Any extraordinary cleaning or repair costs resulting from a breach may be charged to the renter.
5. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
The driver must be at least 26 years old and must have held a valid driving licence recognised in Spain for at least 2 years.
Only drivers previously authorised by the rental provider may drive the vehicle.
6. PERMITTED USE
The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, racing, speed testing, driving lessons, subletting or any purpose for which the vehicle is not intended.
7. VEHICLE CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS
The vehicle must be returned in the same general condition in which it was supplied, allowing for normal wear and tear.
If extraordinary cleaning is required, a €60 cleaning charge may apply.
Specialist cleaning required due to serious contamination may be charged at actual cost.
8. FINES AND PENALTIES
All traffic fines, parking fines, toll charges and other penalties incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
Documented administrative costs incurred by the rental provider may also be charged.
If the vehicle is immobilised or impounded due to an offence or action by the renter, the resulting costs and damages, including loss of vehicle availability, may be charged to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGE
Any accident, damage or technical problem must be reported immediately to the rental provider.
In the event of an accident, the renter must collect the details of all parties involved and complete a European Accident Statement where applicable.
10. THEFT
Theft or attempted theft must immediately be reported to both the police and the rental provider.
The renter may be held liable for damage resulting from intentional misconduct, gross negligence or breach of these rental conditions, subject to applicable law and insurance conditions.
11. LEAVING SPAIN
The vehicle may not leave Spain without the rental provider's prior written permission.
12. KEYS AND ACCESSORIES
The renter is responsible for all keys and accessories supplied with the vehicle.
Costs resulting from loss or damage may be charged to the renter.
13. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The rental provider accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.
14. ACCEPTANCE
By signing the rental agreement, the renter confirms that these general rental conditions have been read, understood and accepted.
